Here is a note from a Customer Services consultant.
I guess that the possibilities exists that this has not be done at your site. Have you talked to your CS representative?
When you start the DIP scripts up you will need to pick #13 (Enable AccessLogging ). When DIP completes you will need to do a
DBS Restart to have it take effect.
