I ran a query against the dbc.acclogrules table and the del, ins, sel, upd columns have a F- in them so my original statement about
denials being checked was incorrect. Also, I am not getting any data in dbc.accesslog which is my concern. The table in question should be
getting access from web users and therefore I feel we should be seeing some records in accesslog. Also, a couple of ETL processes have
insert records into that table and I did not receive a row in accesslog.
