Hi,
As part of Anita Richards presentation at Partners, the following stats were given showing the aproximate times required for each insert
into each of the DBQL tables. Since DBQL can be configured to only record queries that have an elapsed time of a set value, the overhead can
be reduced significantly. Leaving the Summary table to mop up all other queries.
DBQLogTbl 1 row per Query ~3.0ms per query
DBQLSummary 1-4 rows per session every 10 minutes
(1 row per response time interval with query count >0)
DBQLStepTbl 1 row per query step ~1.5ms per step
DBQLObjTbl 1 row per each used object in a query ~1.5ms per object
DBQLSqlTbl 1 or more rows per query ~1.5ms per SQL row
