Balancing CPU loads:
One thing that can be considered is that of moving the data less VPROCs to faster nodes. For example PE/COP or gateway can be moved to
faster nodes. This will help balancing a little over a set of jobs. But if we are talking of single job then it will not help. This will
avoid reconfiguration of AMPs and the underlying data.
