One of the things I might suggest is to call Boris Zibitsker at BEZ directly. I was speaking with him about this thread today and once
he explained it to me, it was clear that the information is correct. It is a matter of perspective and understanding how it relates the CPU
utilization and AMPs. Also he can explains how it is used and differs then doing capacity planning. He said to call him and he'll be glad
