Dave,
I would think that by definition each CPU has a maximum of 1 CPU second each second regardless of the clock speed. It would seem to get
a little "interesting" when you mix clock speeds because the faster processors can get more done in the same unit of time (1 CPU second).
If my memory serves me correctly, I don't believe that any adjustment in the ResUsage macros/views/tables is taken into account in this
situation.
I have seen at least one standard ResUsage macro incorrectly state the utilization figures by attempting to normalize the CPU figures
twice (both the view AND the macro divides by 4 to produce normalized figures).
