Hi,

Have you applied the Windows XP patch that is present on the Teradata Demo website.

The link for this patch can be found at the following URL

I have the Teradata Demo running under Windows XP with Service Pack 1, but I installed it before SP1 was available. If the above patch does not help, I do know that you can modify one of the installation scripts during the installation process, to bypass the OS check.
