I've used the FILES4XP patch, and all was fine - it works if TD is already installed.

However, if you need to install TD from scratch (ie. new install of Teradata), and you have installed XP Service Pack 1, the TD installer complains that the Microsoft Service Pack level is too low. The Teradata installer cannot know about Windows XP of course, because it pre- dates XP by some months.

What I need is a fix that fools the TD installer (ie. makes the installer think WinNT SP2 or greater is installed).
