Other option is use third party services, some of them will consider previous addresses to assign a unique identifier to the person. Of
course, no process is perfect and sometimes we received the same Unique Identifier for all the rooms in a building, so we try to use a
combination of an in-house Match code algorithm and the unique identifier provided. Our match code process is a C program.
