Neither Multiload Delete task (delete with a where condition) nor Multiload performing specific row deletes via PIs supplied from source
data utilize the TJ. Neither of them (can) rollback.
If the script for the Multiload performs a delete of a table outside of the bounds of the multiload, then that delete will follow the
same rules as if it were done in any BTEQ/Queeryman session. It will be journalled unless it is a DELETE ALL that is known to be the
only/last statment in a transaction.
