A "bug" means that something performs in error or produces inaccurate results, Query execution, or Optimizer Join plans that produce correct results, regardless of system resource utilization or run time, will never be considered a "bug" by NCR. Therefore any performance enhancing request get a lower priority than true "bug" fixes, and, in my experience, any request centered around "relational" operators such as Union, Intersection, Minus, always seem to get the lowest priority of any requests, as if they expect (or prefer) you not to use them...
