Al,
I also have not really used TDQM as yet either (as we only just recently upgraded to a software release which contained it) but I would
have to agree with Tom's assessment of its functionality based on what I have looked at thus far. In addition, I would also agree that it
really sounds like the generic problem you describe could be addressed by PSF, assuming that we have a proper understanding of what your
problems really are. An example of the problem query behavior and a description of what you would like to see the system do to limit the
problem behavior might enlighten the list and provide some possible answers....
