The company I work for is using Teradata as the platform for its data warehouse. We are now trying to improve our metadata
capture/maintenance activities and we are considering using Teradata Meta Data Services (MDS). Presently, our metadata is stored in various
different formats such as a Lotus Notes Database, ERwin modeling tool (w/generated reports), Access Database, etc., and we are looking for a
way to not only capture the metadata more effectively, but also have a better method of publishing the metadata to an end-user.
I was hoping to use this forum to get feedback from others who might be using MDS and solicit feedback on likes/dislikes of this tool.
