If you have access to Gartner there is the ASEM report (2002 version just about to be published) that does a very detailed comparison between a lot of the DW platforms and RDBMS's including Teradata and UDB (MVS & EEE)

Make sure you look at the Data Warehouse weighted scores and not just the base scores
