Hi,

Firstly i am not complaining about the documentation - i happened to provide the snippet because it was one place which mentions about the "ghost" tables but the documentation doesn't account for the "ghost" table creation when the parent tables are empty(which doesn't cope with what is specified in the documentation, ie. their existence means some inconsistency with their parent tables).

There is one more thing i forgot to mention these "ghost" table , these tables persist even in the event of their parent tables getting deleted - which would consume unwanted space and is not desirable from the end user point of view.
