- From Excel, save the data as text (fixed length or delimited)

- Then either use Bteq or Fastload/Mload to load it into Teradata

- If you have NCR OleLoad utility then you can directly load data from Excel to Teradata (Using Microsoft OLE DB/ODBC Driver "MSDASSQL". I have tried this and it works well)
