Yes, the documentation is a bit sketchy, but not quite as sketchy as you think. Consult the FastExport Reference (B035-2410-090A,
September 2000), chap. 2. It lists the Event codes on pp. 2-37 - 2-38 (= pp. 63-64 in PDF format).
The event codes you got were:
P->Event was 0. = Initialized
P->Event was 31. = Export begin
P->Event was 35. = File or OUTMOD opened
P->Event was 32. = Request submit begin
P->Event was 11. = RDBMS error
P->Event was 12. = Exit
