"This is Just good business sense."

That may be good for NCR, but around here what makes good business sense is a database that is stable, accessable, accurate and easy to manage. If an upgrade introduces bugs and outages, then it does nothing but increase the cost of our operation and puts the health of our business at risk. I can't see how that is good for anybody.
