We are entertaining migrating to v2r4.1 from v2r3. We have been told by an individual from NCR that "it is a very stable release, the DR count is low compared with other releases"

Would anyone care to agree/disagree with this statement? We're trying to determine whether to skip v2r4.0 and go directly to v2r4.1.
