Your vendor account team should be able to provide all the industry experts and analyst testimonials and studies that support the cause. But the persuasion should be from implemented applications that are using your data warehouse. If you have been building the warehouse for 2 years then you should have implemented some of the deliverables that should have been milestones along the way. Hopefully you have documented business requirements that have driven the development and gone through the exercise of measuring the ROI of these deliverables.

From the other perspective of expense reduction rather than revenue generation have you been able to consolidate or reduce operational expenses by centralizing the data in a data warehouse?
