Teradata/NCR may have a low profile in the UK and Europe... but I can tell you this... we did business with the NCR/Teradata - Belgium office... I have never met a more top notch group of technical resources and just an all around bunch of nice guys to work with ... from any vendor anywhere... Those folks in Belgium knew their hardware and software like it was the back of their of hands ... what made it even more incredible was that their office spoke at least four different languages... They could communicate with everyone...
