1. I have not found a definitive explanation of the PMON fields but I can say my understanding was greatly improved by becoming familiar RESUSAGE data....

2. Take a look at DUC in Teradata Manager. I believe it will give you what you are looking for....

3. Maybe you can get someone from NCR to address item 3.
