I agree with Wayne Moran:

Establish 3 lists:

1) Technical issues (current list)

2) Job postings

3) Selling type ads

Then people can sign-on to any of the lists and can refrain from registering for a list in which they are not interested. This should make everyone happy!!

This should also make it easier for the list owner (after the initial set-up) in that policing will be at a minimum.
