When performing a MultiLoad to two tables at the same time, is there any difference in performance, resource utilisation, data being sent between IBM and Teradata etc when using:

- One DML LABEL with two INSERT statements to the two target tables, and one corresponding APPLY statement ...or...

- Two DML LABELs with one INSERT statement each and two corresponding APPLY statements.

The data to be loaded will have rows that go into each table, so there is no logic to be performed in the APPLY-statements.
