Sounds like an enhancement request to go to the Partners Product Advisory Council (PAC). You can find a form on-line at the Partners site. I suspect you could get some support for options that change the behaviour of the tool. However, it would have to be an option as many customers already take advantage of the fact that it does throw away dupes, and count on that capability. It has been a practical approach to solving some problems.
