The NCR Partners web site www.ncrpartners.com should be revised soon (we hope) so that the path from the main page to the ER form is more obvious. But at least for the moment the URL to reach the Enhancement Request form directly is:

It so happens that the particular request discussed in this thread, namely: "FastLoad should offer an option to load duplicate records if loading into a multiset table" was in fact submitted to the PAC in 2000 and is already on our Enhancement Request list.
