I hate to ask this question because I know it will likely generate some preaching about the evils and idiocy of storing duplicate rows in
a data warehouse, but here it goes...
Why does FastLoad prohibit the loading of duplicate rows? Isn't this unnecessary overhead in the load process? (When I say duplicate
rows, I don't mean duplicate primary index. I mean one row is identical to another row in every column.)
