You might also check on NUSI's for skewing. A very Non-Unique Secondary Index can slow down a lot. If you have a secondary index on
something that has only a few values, like "Y" or "N" or a business unit or day of the month or something, you have a few rows (on a few
VPROCs) with a LOT of data.
