Did you by any chance just upgrade from the old Visual Basic version [12.0] of the product?
VB works a little differently and I did not correctly account for the difference when I ported it to .Net. As a result all versions 13.0
through 14.10 work that way when dealing with the Import file.
In 15.0 I noticed the problem while porting to the new code editor; so I corrected it.
If we release another 14.10 efix I will back port the fix to 14.10 also.
