The 2741 error is indicating that a table header is missing on one or more AMPs. The "pending lock" message is indicting that you have an outstanding Host Utility (HUT) lock on the tables. My guess is that these messages are associated and someone has attempted a load job that was either terminated or failed. The log files (/var/log/messages) may shed some light on this. The simplest resolution is to release the lock(s) and drop the table(s) but you should check with your users to determine what happened and why. Another option is to restart the load jobs if you can identify the responsible user and locate the load job. The GSC can help here if you need guidance.
