I believe running checktable within viewpoint will trigger CheckTableB (which cant be aborted and will need system restart).

At least it was the case sometime back.

And, Why would you want to run CheckTable as a cron job.nnIt is quite intrusive job by itself.

One thing that has worked great for us to run them once every quarter during COLD backups.
