Even though this is the default precision anyway, maybe try specifying it explicitly it like this:

     TTCol PERIOD(TIMESTAMP(6) WITH TIME ZONE) NOT NULL AS TRANSACTIONTIME

Probably won't make a difference, but it's something to try.
