FILEDEF is specified on the command line, FILE in the script.
I haven't done a multi-stream restore in several years, but it used to be this way. (1) As Mark mentioned, you need to restore the streams in
separate jobs. These can be run in parallel, as long as they all use different logon ID's. Specify the NO BUILD option. (2) Then, after all
restores are finished, you need to do a final BUILD on the table. If the table has no indexes, this will run quickly.
