In 13.10 I get a different error message, but try removing the (0) from the second. That seemed to work for me.

This is how I have it coded when I am check start and endtime from DBQL:

     (l.firstresptime - l.starttime HOUR TO SECOND) AS RespTm

Hopefully this will help. I would test it on our 14.10 system, but it is currently down for some maintenance.
