If you are on TD14.0 or later, REGEXP_SIMILAR can be used to match a string ending with underscore followed by digits.

Otherwise you can use POSITION and SUBSTRING to extract individual trailing characters, test if they are LIKE ANY ('0','1',...,'9') and verify the preceding underscore.
