Hi Forum, Does anyone has a macro which can give the Definitions of all the tables involved in the query(Explain plan), Table counts and Stats definitions of all those tables involved. Everytime, I get this info from Explain plan manually by adjusting in notepad ++.? Instead, looking for some automated macro/script/excel formulae which can simplify this manual work. As these are the first steps while working on any query tuning and which will be helpful to understand better about the tables involved in the query. I am not referring to Show sel * from dbname.viewname; As it only gives the underlying object definitions of only those objects which are involved in that particular view. Thanks in advance! Sravan.
