Dear all,

As promised recently, I have now written an ?AllDatabaseRights? macro which lists all of the access rights held on a named database. This complements the previously released AllUserRights macro.

As before I have produced two versions, AllDatabaseRights and AllDatabaseRightsV. The 'V' version uses the relevant 'V' views (unicode character fields) whilst the other macro uses the latin character field views.

I have also slightly updated the AllUserRights macro, so all four macros are attached.
