Hi David,

Why is that insert an 'exclusive' lock? It should be a rowhash lock, therefor eif two txn's wrote to different PI values they will (probably) not block each other. Obviously if they wrote to the same PI value or to two PI values that generated the same rowhash then one will get blocked by the other.
