Please review the ODBC "Login Timeout" setting for your ODBC DSN. By default, the login will time-out after 20 seconds. If there is a network
issue or the Teradata server is extremely busy, you may exceed this threshold. You can increase this value up to an acceptable value (say 5
minutes). To see if this is causing the issue, you can examine the DBC.Software_Event_Logv and look for "Logon Timed Out" events (340807400).
