Yes Dave, I am extracting year from a date field and joining the same with year field of other column, therefore I am not able to get exact
stats but how can I make optimizer to estimate near the value stats as currently its picking just 800 of actual value of 35000 whereas TD 12 over
estimates it to 2 million
