Since I'm just a lowly employee end-user, I don't have access to "Teradata@YourService" (as far as I know) and I do not know what "Teradata Partners PAC ER" refers to.

I guess I'll try the "Developer Exchange" site again. It's probably just me, but I find that site difficult to use. I hate asking questions that have already been asked and wish there was a separate "forum" for each tool, or a way that questions could be "tagged" as it is in StackOverflow (my favorite IT-oriented Q&A site).

So, I guess I'll start there. My "issues" may be minor and might be a "problem" with my PC, but who knows.
