SQL Assistant is a "product" with full support, so you can formally report bugs through Teradata@YourService or other normal customer support channels.
And enhancement requests may be submitted via Teradata Partners PAC ER process.
But the developers will often respond in this forum, or in the official Developer Exchange client tools forum (forums.teradata.com/...).
