When you say you want to 'convert' it what exactly do you mean?

If you just want to be able to read it in a report you can use SQL Assistant to retrieve the data.

Byte data will automatically be converted to Hexadecimal format for display.

(An option allows you to specify whether it displays a dash between each 2 character byte)
