Hi Dave, Permanent journaling has some issues. Please correct me if I am wrong. 1) It just keeps tab on any changes to the data not the structure of the table. 2) It's an overhead while inserting data into large tables with 200+ M records 3) If the user decide to turn off journaling then it doesn't get backed up Is there no other way to backup differential data other than partition backup / differential backup?
