Are the blocks on the actual table being loaded or on a control table?
Could you post the DDL of those tables (at least all indexes/partitioning)? Any triggers/foreign keys?
Is DBQL enabled for those jobs? Check the sequence of statements (especially for those jobs using ODBC with multiple sessions) submitted by the
ETL tool.
Which query did you use to determine hash duplicates?
