If your system utilization is low, skew really has no impact and should be ignored. For example: The CPU and I/O consumed by Viewpoint's basic
data collection tasks will be highly skewed in relative terms. The total absolute cost is tiny, though, so if there is other work on the system
this skew is invisible. Current versions of Viewpoint have filter options to exclude Skew from system state determination when corresponding
utilization is below some threshold.
