Subj: | | To capture network outages in the Teradata logs |
|
From: | | Bakthavachalam, Roopalini |
Hi Forum,
Recently we had a network outage , due to which the Teradata node was not accessible for a brief period. Later when things came back to normal,
I was curious to check the Teradata logs to find out if there was any mention of the network outage in the logs(I checked the /var/log/messages
and the SWS).
I didn't find any mention of the network outage. Is there a way to increase the Teradata logging , so that we have even the network outages
captured?
Thanks
Roopalini
