We are on Appliance and hence we don't have lot of options (states, Workloads, exceptions etc). All I want is to toggle the throttles at different clock times. I know switching the rulset is not a good idea as it changes the configids and rule ids and difficult to analyze what happened on system but I am not sure how else can I do that.
