Hello all, If I have stats defined on many columns on a table, will there be any negative impact (performance issues) on the query? (And if am not sure, whether all those stats columns are used in the reporting queries) I understand, stats collection will consume more of system resources, apart from system resources, does it affect the query performance? Please let me know how can I identify UNUSED STATS and drop them. (The queries are auto generated from Cognos and In most of the queries, There are no stale stats and the plan shows all the steps in high confidence and low confidence). Thank you! Sravan.
