The Teradata COLLECT syntax that includes only the table name without any column / index specifications indicates that you want to re-collect
(refresh) all previously collected column / index statistics. There are no "entire table" statistics as such. If you attempt to use the "table
only" form before any column / index statistics have been collected, you will get an error.
